Walk IT Free - where we Heal, Connect, Level UP

Meet Stephanie

If there's one thing life has taught me, it's this:

Sometimes life falls apart so you can rebuild it better than before.

I've had to rebuild more than once.

I rebuilt after growing up in Germany in a foster family, where I witnessed the pain of abandonment and instability at a very young age. Those experiences taught me compassion—but they also left me carrying anxiety, self-doubt, and the belief that I always had to earn love and acceptance.

I rebuilt after surviving an abusive marriage and walking through the heartbreak of divorce.

I rebuilt after years of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and believing my worth depended on how much I could accomplish for everyone else.

Then life brought another wake-up call.

When my mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, I watched someone I loved wrestle with pain, regret, and the reality that tomorrow isn't guaranteed. It changed me forever.

I made a decision that day.

I wasn't going to wait for "someday."

I was going to intentionally build a life I wouldn't regret.

That decision became the beginning of Walk It Free™.

Then, just when I thought I had finally found solid ground, life asked me to rebuild again.

In 2026, while raising my three daughters and building the business I love, I unexpectedly lost my husband.

Grief has a way of stripping away everything that doesn't truly matter.

It reminded me that life is fragile.

That time is precious.

That the people we love deserve the very best version of us—not the version that's constantly overwhelmed, exhausted, or waiting for life to get easier.

Today, I don't teach from theory.

I teach from a life that has been rebuilt—again and again.

I've learned that real transformation doesn't begin with another strategy, another planner, or another motivational quote.

It begins by healing.

Because when you heal what's happening inside of you, everything happening outside of you begins to change.

That's why I created the Walk It Free™ Method.

01

Heal

Create the Foundation

Not just emotionally—but physically, mentally, spiritually, and relationally.

Because you can't build a thriving business while constantly running on empty.

Connect

Become Aligned

Reconnect with who you truly are.

Your values.
Your purpose.
Your mission.
Your voice.

When your business becomes an extension of who you authentically are, marketing feels natural, relationships become genuine, and the right people begin finding you.

Level Up

Build & Execute

Once you've built a strong foundation, it's time to master the practical skills that create lasting success.

Lead generation.
Sales.
Recruiting.
Leadership.
Systems.
Consistency.

Because confidence doesn't come from knowing more.

It comes from becoming the person who follows through.

Today, I help women entrepreneurs build businesses that support their lives instead of consuming them.

Businesses built with clarity instead of chaos.

Confidence instead of fear.

Consistency instead of burnout.

I don't believe success should cost you your health.

I don't believe hustle should be your business strategy.

And I don't believe you have to choose between building a successful business and being present for the people you love.

It's the lessons I had to learn the hard way.

It's not the certifications on my wall.

It's the life I've lived.

It's the seasons that forced me to rebuild.

It's the lessons I had to learn the hard way.

And it's the privilege of now helping women discover that they are far more capable, resilient, and powerful than they ever imagined.
