These Terms & Conditions govern your use of websites, digital content, programs, products, workshops, coaching resources, and related services provided by My Way of Life LLC, including MWOL High Performance Coaching and Walk IT Free™ for Athletes (“MWOL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, purchasing a product or service, registering for a program, or using our materials, you agree to these Terms.
Educational and Coaching Services
MWOL provides educational, coaching, personal-development, and performance-development services.
Our programs may address topics including athletic performance, stress responses, confidence, self-awareness, emotional regulation, communication, resilience, leadership, decision-making, and performance under pressure.
MWOL services are educational and coaching services and are not intended to replace services provided by qualified medical, psychological, psychiatric, mental-health, or other licensed healthcare professionals.
No Guarantee of Results
Athletic and personal development depend upon numerous factors outside MWOL's control.
We do not guarantee specific athletic, psychological, academic, financial, team-selection, scholarship, recruitment, playing-time, performance, or other results.
Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that another participant will obtain the same results.
Participation by Minors
A parent or legal guardian may be required to authorize a minor's participation in certain MWO
programs.
Programs involving direct coaching of minor athletes may require completion of additional enrollment, consent, release, and participation documents before services begin. Purchasing a program for a minor does not replace any separate parental-consent requirements
established for that program.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, MWOL website content, training materials, videos, presentations, worksheets, frameworks, graphics, downloads, coaching resources, program materials, and related content are owned by or licensed to My Way of Life LLC and are protected by applicable
intellectual-property laws.
Walk IT Free™ and associated proprietary frameworks, terminology, educational materials, and program content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, resold, published, taught, modified, licensed, uploaded, or used to create competing programs without prior written
authorization.
Purchasing or accessing MWOL materials provides a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use those materials for their intended purpose. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
Coach and Organizational Use
Unless a separate license or agreement expressly permits otherwise, coaches, teams, clubs, organizations, schools, and other professionals may not reproduce MWOL training materials or use MWOL proprietary curriculum to provide training to others.

User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse our website or programs
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Share paid login credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Copy or distribute protected program materials
- Record sessions without permission
- Use our content in unlawful or harmful ways
- Misrepresent MWOL content as your own
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access when these Terms or program rules are materially violated.
Purchases and Payments
Prices, payment plans, subscriptions, and billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase.
By purchasing, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the selected payment method according to the terms displayed at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
Refunds and Cancellations
Purchases are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy displayed on our website and any additional terms presented for a particular product or service at checkout.
Third-Party Platforms
MWOL may provide services using third-party platforms, including website, payment, scheduling, email, video-conferencing, or course-delivery services.
MWOL is not responsible for outages, interruptions, security incidents, or changes caused by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Way of Life LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, educational materials, or services.
