Your Life Might Look Fine From the Outside.
So Why Doesn't It Feel Like Yours?
You can be doing everything "right" and still feel like a stranger in your own life.
[NEEDS STEPHANIE'S WORDS] — Ask her: "What do people usually say in a first conversation, before they've put a name to what's actually bothering them?" This is the section most likely to feel generic without her real language.
A few placeholders, for structure only:
- Making choices based on what's expected of you, not what you actually want
- Realizing you've adapted to so many people that you've lost track of yourself
- Going through a transition — a breakup, a move, a new role — and not recognizing who you are on the other side
- Feeling settled on paper and unsettled everywhere else
None of this means something is wrong with you. It usually means something inside you has outgrown the life you built around it.
What would it look like to actually live like yourself again?
Autopilot Got You Here. It Won't Get You Where You're Going.
Most of us didn't choose our current life all at once. It accumulated — one accommodation, one compromise, one "it's fine for now" at a time.
That's how you end up somewhere you never actually decided to be.
Walk It Free™ isn't about blowing your life up and starting over. It's about slowing down long enough to notice which parts you actually chose, and which parts just happened to you — and then choosing on purpose from here forward.
Core Philosophy
Don't Eliminate the Drive.
Direct the Drive.
You Can't Live Intentionally From an Unexamined Life.
Clarity doesn't come from thinking harder about your next move. It comes from understanding what's been driving your moves all along.
This Shows Up Differently Depending on What Brought You Here.
If you're in the middle of a transition, it's usually about figuring out who you are on the other side of it. If you've built a life around everyone else's expectations, it's about learning what's actually yours to want. If nothing's "wrong" but something still feels off, it's about trusting that feeling enough to look closer.
Different starting points. Same underlying work.
Meet Stephanie Zima
Stephanie's approach to life coaching wasn't built in a classroom — it was built from rebuilding her own life more than once: growing up in the foster system, surviving an abusive marriage and divorce, watching her mother face a cancer diagnosis, and unexpectedly losing her husband in 2026 while raising three daughters. She's not teaching identity and transition work from theory. She's lived through the kind of seasons that force a person to figure out who they are underneath everything that got taken from them.

What Changes When You Walk It Free™
When I began this mentorship with Stephanie, I was in the beginning stages of starting a business and needed some help in that because I was feeling stuck and wasn't sure what I should actually be doing.
What I did not realize was how much unhealed trauma I had and a belief system that was not allowing me to move or progress in the starting of that business.
Her Walk It Free method has taking me on a journey to heal those parts and undo those patterns and belief systems so that I can heal and be productive not only in my business but also in my life.
Forever grateful that I said yes!

Great job by Stephanie! Very informative in helping our coaches understand the way to approach different level players in our club.

You Don't Have to Overhaul Your Whole Life to Start.
You don't need the perfect plan before you begin. You don't need to have it all figured out, or wait for a bigger crisis to justify the work.
You just need to be honest that something isn't fitting anymore — and willing to find out what would.
We can't hand you a finished version of yourself. But we can help you find your way back to one you actually recognize.

[NEEDS STEPHANIE'S WORDS] — Note: I've written this as real, ready-to-use copy with a placeholder program name so you have something strong to send Stephanie rather than a blank template. She just needs to confirm: the actual program name, the format (1:1, group, hybrid), the length, and pricing — then swap those into the bracketed spots below. Everything else can stay as-is.
Clarity is only useful if it turns into something.
[Program Name] is where the Heal, Connect, Level Up work becomes a life you're actually living — not just something you understand better on paper.
Over [duration, e.g. "12 weeks"], you'll move through all three stages with direct support: naming what's been running you, rebuilding the relationships and boundaries that reflect who you are now, and building the habits that make the new version of your life sustainable, not temporary.
[Format detail, e.g. "Weekly 1:1 sessions" / "Live group calls plus 1:1 check-ins"] · [Price/tier, if she wants it public]
