Freedom Mentorship Program Disclaimer

By enrolling in the Freedom Mentorship Program (“Program”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Coaching Relationship
   The services provided by Stephanie Zima/My Way of Life Coaching (“Coach”) under this Program are educational and supportive in nature and do not constitute therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical care, legal advice, or financial guidance.

2. No Guarantees
   While the Coach will support and guide you to the best of her ability, your success depends on your own commitment, effort, and circumstances. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from participation in this Program.

3. Personal Responsibility
   You are solely responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being, decisions, actions, and results. You accept full responsibility for the consequences of your choices and participation in the Program.

4. Voluntary Participation
   Your participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time, understanding that refund policies outlined in the Service Agreement apply.

5. Confidentiality
   All personal information shared within the Program is kept confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or you provide written consent.

By continuing with payment and registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms above.

Freedom Mentorship Program – Service Agreement
Effective as of the date of enrollment.

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between:
Client: The individual enrolling in the Freedom Mentorship Program ("Client")
Coach: Stephanie Zima / My Way of Life Coaching ("Coach")

1. Program Description

The Freedom Mentorship Program is a monthly personal development coaching program that includes weekly coaching calls, text supports and weekly challenges to solidify the lessons learned.

2. Fees & Payment

• Client agrees to pay the full amount of $ 27.00 for the Program.

• Payment is due in full at the time of registration unless a payment plan has been arranged and confirmed in writing.

• Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Program.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the materials and the live coaching support provided, no refunds will be issued once the Program has begun. If unforeseen circumstances arise, the Coach may, at her sole discretion, offer a credit for future services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Program is the intellectual property of Stephanie Zima/My Way of Life Coaching and is for personal use only. Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share any content without prior written permission.

5. Client Conduct

Client agrees to engage respectfully with the Coach and other Program participants. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in immediate termination from the Program without a refund.

6. Confidentiality

The Coach agrees to keep all personal and sensitive information confidential, except where required by law or where written consent is given by the Client. Group coaching sessions are semi-private and participation is at the Client’s discretion.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Coach makes no representations or warranties regarding outcomes or results from the Program. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Coach from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation in the Program.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in the state of Illinois before pursuing legal action.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. No modification is valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.

By completing your purchase and enrolling in the Freedom Mentorship Program, you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
